# Getting Help with NetBox
The official NetBox documentation is hosted on [ReadTheDocs](http://netbox.readthedocs.io/en/stable/). There's also a list of [frequently asked questions](Frequently-Asked-Questions) on the wiki.
The [mailing list](https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/netbox-discuss) is the best forum for help with installing and using NetBox. All NetBox users are encouraged to join.
For an immediate response, you can also try raising your question in the #netbox channel on [Freenode IRC](http://freenode.net/).
If you'd like to file a bug report or feature request, please search the [list of open _and closed_ issues](https://github.com/digitalocean/netbox/issues?q=is%3Aissue) to see if it has already been opened.
