* Rename circuit to member on CircuitGroupAssignment

* Support group assignment for virtual circuits

* Update release notes

* Introduce separate nav menu heading for circuit groups

* Add generic relations for group assignments

* Remove obsolete code

* Clean up bulk import & extend tests
