3. Invite to the recurring maintainers meeting
4. Add GitHub username to the issue triage rotation
5. Add individual to the maintainers list on [the wiki](https://github.com/netbox-community/netbox/wiki#maintainers)
### Removing a Maintainer
1. Remove the user from the **netbox-core** team on GitHub
