Arthur Hanson	1508e3a770	Fixes #18245: Make DeviceRole Hierarchical (#19008) ... Made DeviceRoles hierarchical, had to also change the filtersets for Device, ConfigContext and VirtualMachine to use the TreeNodeMultipleChoiceFilter.
