* Resolve F541 errors

* Resolve F841 errors

* Resolve F811 errors

* Resolve F901 errors

* Resolve E714 errors

* Ignore F821 errors for GraphQL mixins

* Replace pycodestyle with ruff

* Move ignores to ruff.toml
