- Muda tabela base da consulta de Contact para Message
- Altera INNER JOIN para LEFT JOIN entre Message e Contact
- Usa COALESCE para campos que podem estar vazios
- Adiciona flag isSaved para identificar contatos salvos/não salvos
- Preserva toda funcionalidade de filtros existente
